How long does shipping take?

Orders within Thailand ship via EMS and typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders ship via EMS and typically arrive in 3-11 business days, depending on destination.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Thailand is 55 THB, or free for orders of 1,000 THB and above. International shipping is a flat rate of 550 THB.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to approximately 122 countries. Some regions are not yet supported due to carrier limitations. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us.

What is your return and warranty policy?

AGENTLE provides a 15-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only. Full details are available on our Returns & Warranty page.

What materials are your products made of?

Our wallets are made using top-grain leather. Our larger crossbody and sling bags are made using microfiber and PU. See our Materials page for details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.
