Terms of service

These terms apply to the AGENTLE online stores at agentleworld.com and agentle.co.th, and to every order placed through them. Both stores are operated by A GENTLE CO., LTD. (business registration / tax ID 0405566005311), Thailand. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. THE PRODUCTS

We sell leather bags, wallets and related carry goods. Leather is a natural material, so grain, colour and texture vary from piece to piece, and product photographs are taken under studio lighting. These variations are a property of the material and are not defects.

2. PRICES AND CURRENCY

All prices are set and charged in Thai Baht (THB). On agentle.co.th prices are shown in THB and include VAT. On agentleworld.com prices may also be displayed in US Dollars for reference only; that figure is an approximate conversion and is not the amount charged. Your card issuer or payment provider applies its own exchange rate and may add its own fees.

Prices on agentleworld.com are set for international customers and are not the same as the prices on agentle.co.th or in our marketplace stores. Prices and availability can change at any time without notice.

3. ORDERS AND CANCELLATION

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

You may cancel an order, or change the delivery address, as long as the order has not yet been packed at our warehouse. Orders are passed to the warehouse shortly after payment is confirmed and normally leave within 1-2 business days, so contact us as soon as possible by phone, email or LINE with your order number. If we confirm the cancellation in time we refund the full amount, including any shipping you paid, to the original payment method. Once the order is being packed or has been packed, we can no longer cancel it or change the delivery address, even if the parcel has not left the warehouse yet, and our Refund policy applies instead.

We may also refuse or cancel an order ourselves — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, if payment is declined, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. The cards and payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details; they are handled by the payment provider.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders within Thailand are shipped by EMS, free of charge on every order. International shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and its destination. Transit times shown are carrier estimates counted from dispatch and are not guarantees. Full details, including import duties and taxes, are in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. RETURNS AND WARRANTY

We provide a 15-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. The conditions, exclusions and claim procedure are set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AGENTLE name and logo, the design of these sites, and all photographs, text and other content on them belong to A GENTLE CO., LTD. or are used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. USING THE SITE

You agree not to use these sites unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to them, and not to interfere with their operation. Any review, photograph or other content you submit may be displayed by us alongside the product it refers to; you confirm that it is yours to submit and that it infringes no one's rights.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

These sites link to marketplace stores and social accounts that we operate, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or policies of sites we do not operate.

10. LIABILITY

We provide these sites as they are. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

12. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
