Thailand

Shipped via EMS, free on every order — no minimum. Estimated delivery 3-5 business days.

International

International shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and its destination. There is no flat rate. You choose the carrier yourself from the options available to your address:

  • Teleport Next Day — 1-3 business days (Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong only)
  • DHL Express Worldwide — 1-3 business days
  • Courier Post — 2-4 business days
  • EMS World — 3-7 business days
  • ePacket Plus — 9-22 business days, depending on destination

Not every service reaches every destination. Only the options actually available to your address are shown at checkout, and we hide any option that is both slower and not cheaper than another option you can already see.

ePacket Plus to the United States is available for orders under US$60 in value. Above that threshold, other services are offered instead.

Transit times are carrier estimates counted from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Thailand, normally within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to 142 countries. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet — please contact us and we will tell you if that changes.

International Shipping Discount

Applied automatically at checkout on international orders. No code needed.

  • 1 item — 300 THB off shipping
  • 2 items — 1,000 THB off shipping
  • 3 or more items — 2,000 THB off shipping

Larger Items

Because of carrier size limits, some larger items can only be shipped by postal services (EMS World or ePacket Plus), and a small number of oversized items are available within Thailand only. Checkout will show exactly what is available for the items in your bag.

Import Duties and Taxes

All international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes and any customs handling fees are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient on delivery. They are not included in the amount you pay at checkout.

Some destinations require a tax or customs ID before a parcel can clear customs:

  • Brazil — CPF or CNPJ (required)
  • Mexico — RFC (required)
  • South Korea — PCCC personal customs clearance code (strongly recommended)
  • China — resident ID or passport number (strongly recommended)
  • Italy — Codice Fiscale or PEC email (recommended)

Currency

Prices may be displayed in US Dollars for reference. All orders are charged in Thai Baht (THB). Your card issuer converts at its own rate.

Tracking

Every order is dispatched with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
