How much does shipping cost?
Within Thailand: 55 THB per order, or free on orders of 1,000 THB and above.
International: there is no flat rate. The price is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and its destination, and you choose the carrier yourself from the options available to your address. Enter your address at checkout to see the exact price before you pay.
Is there a shipping discount?
Yes, and it is applied automatically — no code needed.
- 1 item — 300 THB off shipping
- 2 items — 1,000 THB off shipping
- 3 or more items — 2,000 THB off shipping
How long does shipping take?
Within Thailand, EMS typically arrives in 3-5 business days.
Internationally it depends on the service you choose at checkout:
- Teleport Next Day — 1-3 business days (Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong only)
- DHL Express Worldwide — 1-3 business days
- Courier Post — 2-4 business days
- EMS World — 3-7 business days
- ePacket Plus — 9-22 business days, depending on destination
These are carrier estimates counted from dispatch. Orders leave our warehouse in Thailand normally within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Which carrier will I get?
You pick. Only the services that actually reach your address are shown, and we hide any option that is both slower and not cheaper than another option you can already see, so the list stays short and honest.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to 142 countries. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet — please contact us and we will tell you if that changes. Some larger items are restricted to postal services because of carrier size limits, and a small number of oversized items are available within Thailand only.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes and any customs handling fees are set by your own country and are payable by you on delivery. They are not included in the amount you pay at checkout.
Brazil (CPF or CNPJ) and Mexico (RFC) require a tax ID before a parcel can clear customs. South Korea, China and Italy strongly recommend one. A field for this appears in your bag before checkout whenever it applies.
What currency am I charged in?
Prices may be displayed in US Dollars for reference, but all orders are charged in Thai Baht (THB). Your card issuer converts at its own rate, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the US Dollar figure shown on the site.
How can I track my order?
Every order is dispatched with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
What is your return and warranty policy?
AGENTLE provides a 15-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only. Full details are on our Returns & Warranty page.
What materials are your products made of?
Our wallets are made using top-grain leather. Our larger crossbody and sling bags are made using microfiber and PU. See our Materials page for details.
